i moved around alot as a kid, causes alot of bad days so i picked up the guitar and started playin. after that i just started puttin my entrys from my journals together to make some songs, not much more to it than that. I find that if you get mad you can listen to a "mad" song, get a little crazy and feel better about it so why cant it be the same with sad, lonley, lost.... etc.
