Bio:: The name is K.O.FFICIAL this two-man team is just as unique as their name. Even though both artists had intentions of being independent solo artists the duo began collaborating early 2008, after discovering their Yin-Yang synergy they realized both had similar dreams: Bringing positive Hip-Hop music back into the mainstream. Shortly after making their partnership official,
K.O.FFICIAL began building their buzz across central Illinois.
K.O.FFICIAL‘s music style has a very smooth, melodic, cool and collective sound. Together their catchy choruses and lyrical flows interchanges effortlessly as one, never losing the integrity of the rhythmic beat or lyrical message.
“Straight up, I knew I had talent but this I never expected. I was only 15 when I decided to give my passion a shot and ended up falling in love with wordplay including the expression of it. By 16, I met Vondigital, dude was silent but his talents speak for themselves. Our first single was, ‘Big Dreams’ and its funny because we didn't even mean to be a duo but we liked how we sounded on damn near every song.”

“My favorite artists that inspired me to pick up the microphone would have to be Kanye, A Tribe Called Quest, and Black Star (Mos Def & Talib Kweli). I started rapping after I met partner So Kruel at age 16 when we recorded our first song “Big Dreams” which soon lead to our mixtape, “The D.U.C. Hunt”. My style is that balance between underground Hip-Hop and mainstream Hip-Hop and R&B. I am very lyrical but at the same time a skilled songwriter and aspiring singer. I blend in with the real, but the camouflage is Digital."
