Len also known as "The Duke" has had the honor of working with so many talented professionals: including Preston Love, Jimmy Smith,Grover Washington, LS Movement, Chuckii Booker, Walt Mckinney, Chuck Miller, Rick Wilson (Mandril), Fred Alexander, Jimmy Smith, Billy Preston, Bill Withers, Ann Peebles, Eddie Floyd... And the list continues. Began his professional career at the age of 11, and has since travelled with numerous professionals. Len, as the leader and keyboardist for Man Vs Man Band, a popular group know for its musical talent and awesome stage shows, was inducted into Omaha's Black Music Hall of Fame on July 29, 2011.

During the early years, played with Preston Love Orchestra, CHAZ, This Years Replacement, Innervisions, The Soul Bags, New Breed Of Soul, Fatback, Gut Bucket And Funk, Souldellics, Co-written songs and performed with Nadirah Shakoor (Janet Jackson Rhythm Nation Tour) and many more.

In the tavern at the old market and the New York Times became an integral member of the Leonard Williams And The Imperials that was formally Henry Peters And The Imperials with a rare song called Master Groove. With The Preston Love Orchestra opened and was the house group at Bob Gibson's Jazz Club (Bob Gibson, a notable sports figure). Has opened for and backup for many groups: Dramatics The Manhattens, Chaka Kahn And Rufus, Buddy Miles, Johnny Otis, Eddie Floyd, Ann Peebles, Jackie Moore, The Soul Children, have worked with many artists: Hank Davis (drummer on Aretha Franklin's hit Rock Steady) Billy Rodgers the lead guitar player on the Jazz Crusaders Street Life and more ect--as a 5 year old on 25th ave in Omaha was woke up many night listening to the Electric Flag Band and Buddy Miles who played on the Band Of Gypsies with Jimmy Hendrix there is much much more have done jam sessions with Gerald Albright, Tower Of Power, Bobby Womack. Earth Wind and Fire, Kool and the Gang, The Emotions, the Commodores and many that weren't so popular like Clyde and Them and Her.... and more.

Today is a new day... I have held much material back hoping for a better day such as this and today I hope and pray that people enjoy my music some written recently and others through my musical escapades over the years. Without my roots... There would be no me. I am so grateful. Thank you all for allowing me to share my heart (music) with you. There is much more to come... Born with perfect pitch... Music is my life... is my passion. Thank you for listening and being supportive of my music.
