Bio:: THE LEGENDARY WILLYMAC Born in Dothan, Alabama, and raised in Campbellton, Florida, The Legendary WillyMac introduces to the music industry one of the most unique voices since Robert Johnson, Al Green, Ceelo and many more influential singers. By the age of ten, WillyMac became a songwriter/artist and began performing talent shows, and other public events. As a teenager, he won the hearts of many with his live onstage performances which added a twist of comedy, r&b, hip hop, and blues. He joined the United States Army shortly after graduating high school and completed two successful tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Endurance Freedom. In August, 2006, WillyMac recorded his first professional song, "Savannah", in Atlanta Georgia and continued to work with many more producers throughout his career. WillyMac continues to promote his music to DJ' s, club owners, radio stations, and internet. The Legendary WillyMac has become a household name in the South and all over the world because of his unique twist of music by describing his life experiences based on true events.
