Born in Salinas, CA on February 15, 1991, his baby cousin quoted a prophetic word when he was also a baby, “Malcolm Isaiah Brown is going to be somebody.” Music often soothed his soul during his infant years and since the age of 6 “hip hop” has been a big part of Ques' life. Ques is the son of military parents who moved to Georgia, Indiana and New Jersey where his strong interest in rap music started. Ques has been producing and writing music since the age of 12. At 16 Ques was introduced to his first manager, “Big Ern” who showed him the ropes of being a professional recording artist where he wrote his first unknown hit called “Let Me Holler At Ya”. Filled with talent and inspiration at 18 Ques went to Atlanta to attend audio production school to learn more about the recording industry. Since Los Angeles is the entertainment capital of the world, Ques felt he was selling himself short by not being in LA where many talented people have came to better their careers. Ques went to the LA Scene to start fulfilling his dream to become a future professional artist. He never thought at the age of 20 he would be in Los Angeles making music. The best is yet to come for this rare and potential future “Grammy Award Winner”. Ques is the prime example of humble talent and is ambitious and energetic and is an individual who is open minded with a creatively calm flow - Fly Yung Ro
