At the lowest point of his game, coming out of the sunny desert of Southern California; we’d like to introduce to you, 742’s finest and newest edition to the world of Hip Hop and Music in general – Lp! Short for Lo Profile, aka Mr. Lolo, his laid back demeanor has earned him the title of “Lazy Pimpin,” while his sarcastic sense of humor and ability to strike back fiercely has earned him the name “Darkside.” Like most creative artists the name is only the beginning. Lp has been recognized for his ability to move crowds with his innovative (real talk) lyrics as well as his production talent. Lp, who is also the CEO and Co-founder of 742 Entertainment, LLC, will publish his debut solo album entitled “At the Lowest Point of my Game!,” set to release late 2011. He has been involved in music since his early teen years, when he heard for the first time the rap group, “OutKast,” which inspired him to pursue his own career in music. Other influences, like “Method Man & Redman,” “Notorious BIG,” “Nas,” “E-40” and other MC’s from the 90’s era led Lp to being the unique artist he is today. After affiliation with former R&B/hip-hop group “CVT” he decided to venture out and pursue a solo career. Collaboration with such artists as Jomas Mc and E-Hicks of EnJ, longtime co-performer E-Smoove, cousin R.A.P. II and many others, show his versatility and ability to adapt to any audience/genre. Lp is no stranger to the spotlight, with live performances at such venues as “Martini Lounge,” Hollywood, “Club Atlas,” Hollywood, “G’d Up Tour,” Hemet and “Bananaz Nightclub” in the Palm Springs area, just to name a few. He’s reaching out to fans of all genres, with a personal motto “Movin the world, one track at a time”!
