Bio:: Randolph Scott AKA "Sirnoc" was born in Cleveland, Ohio. His father Ralph Scott is a first cousin of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's wife, The late Coretta Scott King. "Sirnoc" is the most highly decorated positive Hip Hop artist on planet Earth. He has certificates and letters of recommendation from the following: Many Cleveland public schools, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland State University, Cuyahoga Community College, The United States Marine Corps., State rep. Shirley Smith(now Senator), The late Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones, former Mayor Jane Campbell, current Mayor Frank Jackson, just to name a few. Lets not forget Sirnoc's fund-raiser for Haiti called "Super Friends" Concert held @ CSU. Once at one of Sirnoc's performances Congressman Louis Stokes said "Sirnoc" is the classiest hip hop artist he had ever seen".
