- It all began in December of 2009 when Jenny Jonasson-Vocals and Karl Hinterleithner-Bass decided to build a band. After some jiggeling back and fourth there it was "Like a glove" the name Whipping Princess. So the hunt began for some cool members with the same goal as the two. To enjoy music, have fun and rock their asses of. In September of 2010 Linus Henriksson-Drums answered a musicians contact-ad. A couple of beers and laughs later the two had become three. Now the trio needed a guitarplayer. After several tryouts hope was fading fast to find a person that completed the three. Finally they got an answer to their prayers and in November of 2011 Simon Söderberg-Guitar joined the band. He had just moved from Norrland (north of Sweden) to Malmö for a job and needed a band to fill his spare time with. And the four became...WHIPPING PRINCESS
