Bio:: Fall of Dawn are a four piece rock band who originate north of Melbourne,Victoria, Australia. Drawing influence from a broad spectrum of the rock universe, our style is reminiscent of many of the big hitters of the last 30 years. Foo Fighters, Guns 'n' Roses, Pearl Jam, Motorhead & Neil Young are just some of the flavours you might hear in our work. Our frontman is MG Rock. Never really feeling completely at ease without his phat and filthy Les Paul Goldtop in his hands, he delivers raucous yet eloquent lyrics ranging from the broody to the raunchy, from soulful verse to political rants. Faithfully backed up by his partner in 6-stringed crime Herbie J, the appropriately named Groover on bass, and CJ on drums, who can only be described as the personification of Animal from the Muppets. Essentially, we are about substance over style. Swagger over swish. A gutsy, honest to goodness rock band that hits you like a size 9 to the head. We will leave you feeling like you just had a big night out on the sauce with your mates and have woken up in a strange motel room wondering where you left your pants.
