Emel, translated in Hebrew means "With God," is a Christian Hip-Hop artist rapping out of Albuquerque, NM. Emel was born and raised in Muskegon, Michigan before relocating to Albuquerque in 2006. Emel has been doing his thing in music for most of his life but made the transition to Christian hip-hop in 2008.

Emel's plan is to help with the already started process of changing the view of hip-hop music in the eyes of the Christian community and to reach those who may not know Jesus through his music. He has a powerful testimony (story) of where he has been and where he has come from but most importantly about the Man that has changed his life, Jesus Christ. I promise you won't be disappointed.
