Ups and Downs
Music/Video about being young but containing a good message for adults at the same time. Life has its ups and downs and as we get older those times can be more dramatic to us, so it seems. But remember the teeter-totter as it goes up and down as the merry-go-round goes round and round with its ups and downs like Life itself. So, maybe you need a merry-go-round ride and your mind feel like a child again.
