Wixor was formed in 2009 by guitarist Bill Roberts and drummer DJ Remark. The band's name came from a dream by then front man and brother to Bill, Scott Roberts. Scott left the band to take care of his family and current front man Paul Williams joined up shortly thereafter. Since their inception Wixor has performed with such memorable acts as Otep, Iwresteledabearonce, American Rockstar and were the primary opening act for Cleveland's own Mushroomhead. They released their first full length album in May 2012 and have had over 10,000 views on their Youtube band page. Wixor breaks from the typical Heavy Metal scene by fusing aspects of Heavy Metal and Classic Rock to bring you an ever evolving sound-scape that repeats nothing; every song is different and every song has it's own flavor. The one thing Wixor hears most from new fans at their shows is "I'm really not into Metal but I LOVE you guys!"
