Bio:
This Canadian born, 18 year old is already establishing herself as a pop acoustic based singer/songwriter. Global critique best describes her as a Adele meets City & Color, sprinkled with a dash of One Republic. 2012 has been good to this young artist. Becoming a Indie Music Channel Nominee in the 1st Annual Indie Music Channels Teen Category for "Best Female Teen Artist" is a huge honor in itself! More recent success at EMI.Virgin.Capitol Records MOArtist Competition "R U The Next Superstar"(ongoing http://www.moartist.com/LAM) as a Top 10 Cycle 3 Winner is an amazing adventure! As of present all her music is unreleased. Lindsay will be releasing Sail Away on the EMI Compilation followed by a series of Singles, leading up to an Album Release. In September 2010, Lindsay was nominated for two T.O.M.A.'s and won in the Best Pop Category for duo/solo with her song Hold On and in 2011, nominated for The Rising Star Category at the Niagara Music Awards. Whether she sings alone in her room or in front of crowds, she knows she'll be singing all her life! By the time she was sitting up she was humming as most kids do. By the age of 6-8yo Lindsay began belting out Aretha's Respect, and people noticed. Lindsay has been on the stage since the ripe old age of 10, when family friends urged them to get her some direction, she did via the Ontario Music Conservatory. At 11 she became the lead singer of "The Tims" After putting herself online at 13 ( @ Family.ca - finishing in the top 6 for the 'Sing It All or Nothing' Contest [2007]), Lindsay soon found herself attracting industry attention leading to studio recordings, gigs (opening for Karl Wolf, Choclair on Dundas Square. Youth Day, 2011) while continually entertaining a growing online fanbase.
