Established in 2002 Propane aka Demarkus J. Gray had the dream of becoming a musician after doing shows, freestyles on various tracks, and working with the street team of 103.7 with James L. Cathey, Daddy Roe, and the late Alize (DJS at 103.7 during that time). He decided to start producing, collabing, writing and putting the rescources into making it come true. 1 album, a couple of mixtapes later... He became ready to produce the latest work. OTCs goal is to succeed in opening a door for artist down south to make it in the major business of Hip Hop, Rap and R&B.
