We are acoustic rock band Broken Road and take inspiration for our music from everywhere – Rock to Bossa Nova, Americana to Blues and Jazz. An original treatment of a strong song is our foundation with a repertoire of our own original songs and carefully re-crafted covers from K.T.Tunstall to 'Moondance', Guns & Roses to Cheryl Crow. The Road tends to get invited back! The new album will be out 2012.
Performances are always well received at festivals, pubs, charity/community events. Some recent & upcoming gigs are: Salisbury Music Festival, 2009/11 Burnham-On-Sea Festival 2008/9/10/11 - Lapstock Festival 2007/8/9 - Bradninch Music Festival 2007/8/9/11, WykeFest, Dorset, 2010/11, Great Hall Exeter University, 2009, Paignton Bike Festival, 2011, Rackenford Beer & Music Fest, 2009/2011, Quiet Mind Fest, Exmouth 2010, Torbay Hospital Social Club, Phonic FM Live, May 2010, Mardon Fest, 2010/11, Live Music Aid, Exmouth, Oct, 2011 and various pubs & parties.
