- From the merry flat lands of the midwest, hails one of hottest up and coming independent artists around. He has been working almost a decade and a half trying to make his big splash in the music world. Iz has already had his brushes with stardom, having piqued the interests of Corey Taylor and Sid Wilson from Slipknot, and other significant music dignitaries. His music stylings can be described like this. Picture a dreadlocked, rastafarian looking cat, with Kurt Cobainish guitar hooks, Bob Dylan like wordsmith abilities, Axl Rose, Captain Beefheart, Tom Waits, Howlin Wolf type raspy, gravelly vocals. That pretty much sums up the whole Izzy Starchild swagger! If you don't take time to check this dude out, you might be missing out on the next big thing!
