First off add me on twitter: comahsworld. Born as Cody Mah in '85 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He started rapping at the age of 4 to various movie soundtracks his parents had bought him with his Fisher Price recorder. It wasn't just music he was exposed to but the true art of recording. By the time his mid-childhood started he moved with his family from Edmonton, A.B. to Prince George, B.C. where he was raised. During his high school years he quickly turned to music as an outlet as he was going though racial altercations at school and an unstable family life at home. Cody always believed in the Golden Rule so this is where he started expressing his inner conflicts - through music. He started out in a band, playing backup guitar and eventually lead guitarist but it wasn't as satisfying as writing out a full page of lyrics... By the time he was 17 he had moved back (again) with his family to Edmonton to finish his grade 12 year in St.Albert, A.B. It was then he started battling other kids in the lunch room. This is around the time when Cody came up with an alias for his music name: "Comah". Although he never had a "click or posse" just friends he hung out with he was already involved with local emcee battles in the Edmonton Area. He won 3rd place at the 2003 Eliminator challenge at "Red's" in West Edmonton Mall. When his family eventually split up, he moved with his dad to Fort McMurray where he got involved with an aspiring group of emcees and was welcomed into the FunHouze Records camp. FunHouze Records had several releases and shows including "Judgement Day" and opening for Classified during his "Hitch Hikin Music" tour in Fort McMurray. After this Comah moved back to Calgary for a fresh scene to check out as well as make new friends. He participated in several battles in Calgary against "Equazn" and "MC E" of Edmonton. After living for a few years in Calgary and expanding his catalogue of friends and musicians/producers he moved back to Fort McMurray. As of now he lives in Fort Mac, you may hear his music "The Mix 103.7" from time to time. He is currently working on a mixtape and hopes to get as much out there as possible. Music says it all..
